"I have been with this office since my agent retired. I have many policies with State Farm and fortunately have had only a few claims over the last 40+ years. I have spoken to Keiko and Erik and Lisa so far. All three of them are extremely professional and helpful as was all the office staff with my previous agent. I highly recommend this office and State Farm. I also realize I get such good service and support because I have been with them for such a long time. They maybe a little more expensive for new customers initially, however after about 3 years the costs will equal other bargain insurance companies and after the initial courting period the savings will eventually become very worth the time. A couple of times I have even requested the agent staff have a claims adjuster call me to get a better understanding of the situation involving a claim and an investigator called me back the same day or within 24 hours. I believe they are "Just like a good neighbor"."
